I on goingly been feeling lonely and low even if I've so much pending work to do! what should I do to overcome

Well, we don't know all the particulars of your problem, but what I might do, if possible, would be to take a brisk walk in an open park. Say Hello to people, notice the trees, sky, animals, flowers. Breathe deeply (very important) and imagine you have a smile on your face. Think in a positive way. If low thoughts come into your head, try to counter them with positive ones (kindly "defend yourself", as it were). Even if it is not possible to go out, take a few minutes, close your eyes, breathe deeply and imagine a pleasant scene, such as a walk in the park, and put yourself there in your imagination. See if your situation is just a bit less burdensome.
