I think I have a tickling fetish, but I am not sure..?

Question: ok, like every night when I go to bed, I think about ppl tying me up and tickling me or the other way around. but it is not ever about feet and I guess that's because I hate having my feet tickled, this is more upper body..
But the thing is, I don't ever think about tickling a guy.. its mostly girls, but I have no sexual attraction to either sex at the moment
I believe I am thinking about it WAY too much, but I can't stop..
Is it a fetish, can I get rid of it? Is it healthy?
