Answers:
running away from friends, do not wanna go parties, out with u.
feel uncomfortable in public, unsafe,
whenever ur laughing, she act like laughing ,but u will notice its not real,
she mostly talks negative, everything is negative from her view.
if shes very depressed and taking medicines for this. u can easily notice if she is depressed or not, cause of the side effects ,these medicine make u feel the worst in public,
ull notice from her act and face she has some serious problem.
u just shouldnt zoom and focus on her in public, when ur 3,4 friends dont look at her very much, try to give her energy in public,go swimming with her, shopping, just try to help her to be more in public, and socialize more. being at home and like to be alone always are the signs of depression, so if u like ur friend, dont let her sit at home, help her

Are they eating? Are they sleeping? Do they have interest in the same things they always have?
If the answer to any of these is NO, it's good to get your friend some help.
They'd start acting different. They MIGHT dress differently..Tell me some reasons why you think he/she is depressed! (( EMAIL ME TELLING ME )) bittersweet_93@yahoo.com
They usually shut down and don't ever want to go out and do anything.
They may just stop returning phone calls, etc.
Watch your friend when he or she does not think you are watching. You may get true behaviour then. Trust your instincts too. It's really easy to wear the "happy mask" I have done it many times.

Me. I have depression.
If your friend has a change in sleeping habits, is less inclined to go out, then chances are they are going though some sort of depression. The best thing you can do, whether they are or are not going through anything, is to let them know that you are 100% behind them, and they can tell you anything without you judging.
The two most significant symptoms of depression are:
Sadness or hopelessness.
Loss of interest in or pleasure from most daily activities.
Other symptoms include:
Losing or gaining weight because of changes in appetite.
Sleeping too much or not enough.
Feeling restless and unable to sit still, or feeling that moving takes a great effort.
Feeling tired all the time.
Feeling unworthy or guilty without an obvious reason.
Having problems concentrating, remembering, or making decisions.
Thinking often about death or suicide.
1. Little interest or pleasure in doing things
2. Feeling down, depressed, or hopeless
3. Trouble falling or staying asleep, or sleeping too much
4. Feeling tired or having little energy
5. Poor appetite or overeating
6. Feeling bad about yourself—or that you are a failure or have let yourself or your family down
7. Trouble concentrating on things, such as reading the newspaper or watching television
8. Moving or speaking so slowly that other people could have noticed. Or the opposite—being so fidgety or restless that you have been moving around a lot more than usual
9. Thoughts that you would be better off dead, or of hurting yourself in some way
how difficult have these problems made it for you to do your work, take care of things at home, or get along with other people?
