Cry. That's best. Holding it in can make you physically sick.
What's wrong? Is there someone you can talk to? Maybe write things down. I put everything in my blog- that makes me feel a little better sometimes. Know what else does- getting in the car and BLASTING the radio and singing at the top of my lungs.

why whats wrong? if you feel like crying then cry. there's nothing wrong with crying. but if you dont want to i recommend music, poetry, maybe some sleep, or taking a brisk walk.

just cry, there is nothing wrong with crying - you will feel better afterwords. It may just be PMS hormone levels, but if you find yourself always feeling like this, see a doctor, you may have mild depression which can be cured by vitamins or anti-depressants which are completely safe.
