do you remember the moment you fall a sleep?

Question:

Answers:
No. The first phase of sleep is not likely to be one that induces a memory. The first phase of sleep typically is not memorable based on brainwave patterns, etc.-- it is the REM phase (when you dream) that the brain becomes engaged.

No! I've paid attention to that in the past b/c I've wondered the same thing. I do remember the exact moment when I start drifting off though, and am kind of numb to everything around me unless I force myself to wake up again.
nope. sorry.
no. i cant even remember my dreams even if i just woke up. unless it was about sex or a doctors apointment. doctors scare me and sex is always on my mind thats why.if you remember the moment you fall asleap then you would be thinking and you cant fall asleep while thinking.just dreaming.so thats humanly impossible.
The average person doesn't remember the last 5 minutes just before falling asleep. But no one consiously knows the moment they fall asleep either.

This is why people with sleep apnea do not know they have it, because they wake up gasping for air, then fall right back to sleep, and they won't remember in the morning.
no, too boring
