Witch one works better for you, Abilify or Seroquel?

I have never used Abilify so any opinion I would offer would be one sided. However, I can tell you of my experience with Seroquel.

Seroquel has been the best thing to come along in my life. It has allowed me to maintain a very level mood state. I have also been able to go to sleep and stay asleep while taking this medication. Basically, it has saved my life in the sense that before I began treatment I was in a down ward spiral that seemed to have no end. The depression proved be too much for the Seroquel so Paroxetine (Paxil) had to be add. That came as no surprise since Seroquel is NOT an antidepressant.

I have been on serequel for years and years!
and my med doc just decided to change me to abilify..I do not like it SAM I AM..I do not like it at all. in fact it makes me hyper.. this is not good.I actually had voices yesterday.exactly the opposite of what this is supposed to be doing. so my answer serequel.
