Whats wrong with me?

Question:
About 2 years ago, I woke up one morning, and my head just didn't feel right at all, and it's still like that. Nothing deadly serious, but it's quite frustrating and annoying, as it feels like I'm missing out on some of my life. The best way to describe it really, is to say, it's like when you go high up, in a plane for example, and have to 'pop' your ears to get rid of whatever it is, but the thing is in my thinking instead. It's been the same for every day Ive had it, never better, never worse. I also get funny warm chills sometimes, that only came the day I woke up with it. I'd had it for one day previously, but it just went after sleep. The worst thing about it really, is the social side of it, as I cant always think of things to say, like I could do prior to it. It's not really a crucial thing, but as I said, it is very frustrating, and I'd be really happy if someone could tell me anything about it at all.

Did anything happen to you the day that this started? If it is really frustrating and making it harder for you to think, then I would suggest going to a doctor. It seriously could be depression because depression is hereditary and if it runs in your family you have a greater chance of becoming depressed yourself. Also depression is not just an emotional problem it can be a physical problem to because it can cause physical pain that sometimes man be unexplainable.
