what is a good drug to get me to sleep.?

Question: I take seriouquil now 200mgs. before bedtime. but need to stop takeing it, what would be a good replacement for it. i stayed with mother till she died and listened for her even trying to be aware while i was asleep. very intense in my concern to make sure i was there for her even while i slept. and it made me that way, that i can t fall to sleep well. HAVE to have something. tryed herbs, exersize.
