I hate my job, but 3 months ago I moved my family 500 miles away to take it. What should I do?

start job hunting in the same area you live.I am sure you can find something better.Try to make the best of a bad situation.Ideally you should have taken the job and went by yourself for the first 3 months to check it out before making the move permanent.

Well if your on a lease your on a lease. You could try to find a job some where within your area. Maybe its not your job. Maybe you should spend more time with your family instead and not worry about work so much. A bunch of ppl hate there job.
you should talk to them again , seem like that the only way to fix it .tell them the truth that you are so unhappy with your job. and find the agreement together

You have to stick with it for at least a year. I worked at a job I absolutely hated for a year because I knew I couldn't just leave...as soon as the year was up..I left immediately and I didn't have those questions about my loyalty at the new job. Leaving a job in less then a year without a medical or "school" circumstance looks bad.
Try to find a job in an area where u like to live not in an area where are the jobs. Quit your job not before to find something else!

frequent move-offs gonna hurt ur family as u seem to know , try to like ur job , i feel u had much great anticipations about ur job that it made u move to that place with
