Sooo.you are stressed during your tests? That's a very common problem. I had this problem, too. But as soon as I realized that it is just a stupid test and there are more important things in life I chilled down.<--OK this is stupid if the test is an important one than it is healthy to be a little excited.but to much of excitement can lead to bad results. If you're a christian than pray, it might help.but the best way to cool down on a test is if you eat chocolate. It helps! Really! And think of nice things, like birds singing or a sexy girl/boy flirting with you. It is also useful to drink some liquids not to much cause you know then what will happen.

study well.
simple. if you're confident because u know u studied well then you will be less nervous.
if you're not confident then that's when nervousness hits.
Make sure you study, eat a good breakfast , and take slow deep breaths, and relax .
