Answers:
Motivation comes from wanting something. Like finding out why something happened, to be better at something, revenge, to do something you like to do to give you a lift, etc.

If you want motivation, why don't you think about helping you daughter. She needs someone with a stable life without wondering why her mother is depressed or tired. Or later when she needs help going through college and you don't have enough money to help her (though you maybe getting sick leave with pay). Try againg with your doctor about going back to work, at least try, otherwise your just sitting there not improving yourself.

The same thing happened for my mother and were in the same spot you are now (though, she had to worry about my unstable sister and grandmother) and improved herself and went back to work for me, be for it killed her and left me with hardly anything.

Find out something that you love to do or that you enjoy or that you used to enjoy. Start doing that. If you plan to do something later on, do it now. See if it helps.
