Ask the Dr. who prescribes it!

First of all, ASK YOUR DOCTOR! If you are taking adderal, then the only legal way to get it is through a health care provider.
Also, with the prescription, there should have been a patient education sheet that includes routine doses and side effects, etc.
Some medications are started at a lower dose to allow your body to adapt to the medication, or to see what the lowest effective dose is. What works for one person may not be effective on another.
And, if the prescription was one given to you by your health care provider, and was filled at a pharmacy for you, you can talk to the pharmacist about your concerns.
Sounds like either you did not ask questions at the time the med was ordered, (which happens, we all forget - that's when you call tthe office and ask them) or you are taking something that was not prescribed for you, and are playing around with the dose.
ADHD drugs are commonly abused by both those who have been given the drug legal and those who have not since they contain various types of drugs which have a "speed" like effect.
If you have a legitimate prescription, ASK YOUR DOCTOR.
If you don't, STOP PLAYING AROUND WITH MEDICATIONS THAT CAN KILL YOU!
