I sometimes will spennd over 3 hours doing absolutly medioca things such as making sure all my music files are all correctly named even though it is freezing cold and way past midnight?

And is there any possability that this is related to my programming background where i have all my likes of code in a extremly neat order when the environment does not care about spacing?

Also when you have finished your music files, I have music files, books and a whole lot more that could do with attention to detail and organising, so if you get bored.

I don't think organizing your music files really fits the definition of fetish unless there is something you aren't telling us. It sounds more like an obsessive compulsive disorder.

The diagnosis of Fetish implies substitution of another body part for the sex organs normally used. It is largely a matter of degree and history of abnormal activities associated with it.
