My first bit of advice would be to engage in stress reducing activities such as taking a day off and resting, drinking some nice hot tea, etc. My chiropractor recommend adjustment of the L2 vertabrae to help relieve symptoms of PMS. As for your husband, he probably is reacting hormonally to your pheromones. Men can be afftected by your hormonal changes, which can increase our tendency for acne, make us irritable, and even make us retain water. He may be suffering right along with you. If you can, talk to him about what he is going through, and both of you do what you need to relax. If you can, talk to your doctor about chiropractic manipulation. It works for my wife and I.
