Do heart palpitations go hand and hand with social anxiety?

Question: I havent been to a Doctor but i know pretty sure i have social anxiety and trying to deal with that is hard enough ,but for the last few years ive been experienceing heart palpitations with it ,its very scarry and i try to do anything to try not to feel this and if any one has experienced this and knows how to deal with it please tell me!!
