Question:
mine was 36 hours straight is this dangerous

Answers:
i was awake for 7 days and 6 night and this was not drug induced

Other Answers:
no the body can stay awake for a long time. mine was more like 54 hours.

wow 36 is a lot, probably 24 but doing shift work it feels like forever!! that depends on your bodys metabolism and your age. If your ok now it should be fine, but if you make a habit of it it will mess u up in later life. Its recomened that you get between 6 and 10 hours sleep a day (again depending on age and stuff)

The most i have not slept was three days in a raw. but now I'm back to normal It's just a stage.

26-28 hours Too long to remember how long I had been awake for!

5 days i was on speed though

I'd say more than 24 hours, finish my shift about 12am went for a long drink till 5am,reach home took a shower and was wide awake for a 8am shift and work till 4pm stayed for over 3 or more hours for training.I dunno how long but you do the math.Every shift is at least 8 hours!! LOL.plus drinking alcohol keeps me wide awake.not tipsy or drowsy

i was awake for about 4 days when me and my husband were fighting and he said he was leaving i finally got sleep when he grabbed me and held me it was like being drunk but i didnt want to sleep i wanted every minute with him i could get regardless if he was not talking to me or anything it can be dangerous because your body needs rest 96 hours of drug induced wakefulness.. and no 36 hours isn't dangerous un less your driving.

While in a manic psychosis, I was up for 72 hours before being given 4 mg dose of lorazepam.

Maybe 24 hours!?
