Text book: 120/80 +- 10
132/76 or less anything higher isnt good
110-120 over 70-80
Category Systolic Diastolic
Normal < 120 and < 80
until last year, it was believed that a blood pressure of 139/75 was a mid range blood pressure. this year anything over 130/70 is considered to be on the low end of high blood pressure. the ideal adult blood pressure is 120/70 or under. i run a constant 110/70, and that is considered low. hope this answered your query. imissroo

personal experience
120/80
i believe it is 90-120/60-80 mm Hg
Its anything below 130/80 anything above that is considered mild hypertensive.
They changed their criteria for this not too long ago.

(Note: hypertension = high blood pressure)

Normal is anything BELOW 120/80

Pre-hypertension is 120/80-139/89

Hypertension is anything 140/90 or above

However.bear in mind that hypertension can NOT be diagnosed on the basis of a single high reading; there must be a few high readings over a span of time for a proper diagnosis of hypertension.
120/80
