You may be depressed or not eating right - maybe you didn't sleep the day before. I get tired when I am under a lot of stress.. Try to eat a balanced diet, drink water and make sure you eat little meals throughout the day (4-5 small ones keeps your energy up)If you don't feel any better or if this happens again, you may want to see a doctor because some medical conditions can cause excessive fatigue, sleepiness, etc.
Are you on any new medications by chance cause those can have a strong effect sometimes.
