Question:
How do you tell someone who have bipolar that they have bipolar and they need to get help, without her going crazy and almost kill you?but she really needs help.she is 32,she dont like anyone, her own parents are scared from her,her brother asked me to say something to her,but i myself am little scared from her.any suggestions?

Answers:
Call the men with the butterfly nets to come get her.

Other Answers:
have an intervention with close friends and family only

The parents need to call social services and see if there is any help they can get before she does something violent and hurts someone. first you can call a sychiatrist to ask him what to do, not a crapy 4.99 a minute but a real one at a mental health clinic, they are dangerous people and you need all the help you can get

Call the nearest government health department and tell them your problems with her. Emphasize her threats to do harm. They can go to the courts to get an order to force her medical care.
They shuld be able to stabilise her and & get to a frame of mind where she can reason, co-operate and be no danger to anyone including herself.
Good luck,

don't tell her anything , let them find another way to do that , you can't expect what kind of reaction she will make when you talk to her.
