don't runaway, if you are in a situation that is not safe, find a trusted adult and tell them. otherwise go talk to your parents. unless your in danger its really dangerous out there so there is no plan as you say stay home and safe

2. Hitch to a truck stop. You'll be able to find a ride there.
3. Destroy all currency and credit cards that you have. Rely on the barter system.
