getting high on essential oils, can this be a bad thing?

Question:
cannot seem to get a real scientific answer about this......

tea tree, almond, fennel seed, and others make me feel high.

is this possibly dangerous?

Answers:
Scents affect the mind. You are not getting high. They are just going into your brain and effecting your mood. This is not an addictive thing. This is a good thing. Be careful not to burn the inside of your nose with direct contact. Use a devise to put the oil in the air. But no you are not getting high oils are just therapeutic. As to tea tree it has many antiseptic properties and be careful with it near your nose. It is okay for treating pimples and washing. Scents are good for mood. How about looking into a book on essential oils. It will say they will lift the mood.

Hmmmmmm ----
Do you sell these items?
Are you sharing this information, to attract drug users?
What else have you 'done' that allows you to recognize a 'high'?

I question your motives, and the veracity of your position

I sell 'essential oils', and have never experienced this 'reality' of yours . . . myself, or with/from any of my clients.

If you are, in fact, experiencing anything - it may be a mild allergic reaction. . .isolated for only your physical chemistry. If you have no other symptoms, not to worry - I think all things imagined do pass, in time.
Never heard of that before. What exactly are you doing with these products.
You can not get "high" by inhaling essential oils!!The smells of some of them will cause you to get a headache, though! There is nothing in them to make you feel high,it's all in your head!
you should ask yo ur doctor.
YES YES YES! DUH.
no not dangerous
I think anything that impairs your senses is possibly dangerous. I wouldn't continue to find out.
there is nothing in these oils to cause a "high" its probably just a placebo effect, why dont you google the names of them and see if it could be harmful but i really dont think they are
