Yes, I often just want to be left alone and usually it is when people in my life are being too demanding or when I am stressed. I think it's perfectly normal to wand or need space.

yes by extreamly annoying friends that ask dumb things! its annoying after awhile. Sure everybody does. If you can't get away for an entire day-then make sure you take some me time during the day somewhere. It can even be just taking a walk by yourself. The exercise will help with the stress as well.
I think alone time is essential - I try to have at least one day per week to myself. No husband, no kids, no teenagers all over the house. I find that I get very resentful towards the world as a whole when I don't take time out for just me. Your feelings are normal; don't beat yourself up or feel guilty about it, ok?
I can totally relate. I finally told my husband - I have to be alone - please. Even just to watch tv. Sometimes I don't even want to be in the same room with someone. They'll be like "I'm leaving you alone - what am I doing?" and my brain is thinking "you are there - I don't want you sitting there" and how do you say this without totally hurting someone's feelings although this overwhelming feeling of needing to be alone is strong. I know where you're coming from. It could be depressed over moving and maybe that is part of it. We ALL need alone/down time though. You're not alone - I DIDN'T REALLY MEAN TO PUT THAT LAST SENTENCE - SORRY - YOU KNOW WHAT I MEAN. It was an accident but I had to leave it. Just for a giggle? i used to be like that, once i hid away for a week, but now i live on my own anyway and its the best thing ive ever done, i see my friends about once a week instead of all day every day( their my friends an all i love them but it was a bit much) i have days like that and hiding is kinda the answer before u go and do or say something u will regret because u r in a bad mood or something but i would just try not to be too stressed about moving so that u dont feel like that just relax and take a break from stress and do something that will get it off your mind for a little while and see wat happens good luck! let me kno how it goes
Most people go through this, but if this is an on going thing, then there is a problem. Ask yourself: Does this happen often? Why? If it happens often it might be because you always want things to be your way. Most of us do, but if it can't be your way you must accept it sometimes, otherwise you'll always have this problem. It might also be if you are stressed. You will have to learn to relax and not pay attention to little things of daily life.
I feel that way alot. I find myself being mean to people and not really even knowing why. I'll just wake up and just want to be left totally and completely alone. I do feel guilty about it later. I blame it on the fact that I feel that my life is stuck in a big fat rut. Same thing day in and out. Plus a lot of stress. There probably is some sort of medication for it.
