Ask your doctor for a depression questionnaire (or find one on-line) If you find you are depressed, believe me, anti-depressants can make a world of difference. Real clinical depression IS chemical, and early waking is one symptom. But need to know if that's really the problem. No need to suffer when help is available. It's no different from diabetes or heart disease. It is physical. No shame or weakness. Often genetic.
