bi-polar medication?

who suffers from this and what medication are you on i am on prozac and have been for years but i feel that something else has been put on the market in recent months?how do you manage to keep a jod etc tell me how you cope with every day living.

Answers:
Prozac is normally prescribed for depression. Bipolar med's r different. I am not a doctor. There r a lot of biplor med's on the market, lithium-being a common one, seroquel--which made me gain weight, and lots others. If u do not like the side affects of the one taking-ask the doctor to change it.
It is important to not stop medication cold turkey but to slack off--get your doctors advice please.
