must be, and im crazier to amswer this question You need to take yourself seriously, and not think of yourself as crazy. Thinking that you are crazy is bad for your self esteem and may hold you back in life. Taking those pills is a way of helping yourself take the steps necessary to have a normal life.

I am speaking from experience. I was diagnosed with bipolar affective disorder 17 years ago. Once I got over thinking my life was over,and that I was crazy, therapy and medication helped me and now I lead a happy and productive life.
