Support sights?
Question:
Answers:
NAMI.org has forums that are good. The living with bipolar forum is very active, the family forums less so. About.com has a great bipolar forum and chats, I imagine they have family forums and maybe chats. I never found anything useful about chats as they go too fast and never make sense to me.
You local NAMI affiliate may also have something. You can get affiliate info. from the NAMI.org site. And also check NMHA.org. for their local affiliate info. I've recently gotten on a listserv for mental health consumers in this state- there may be something like that for family and in your area the local affiliates will know.

just put what you put here into a web browser and you will get lots of answers, your bi polar family members health professional also should be able to tell you of support groups in your local area. good luck
