This is the most common problem among some people. No need of any special treatment. Just use your mind and after some practice you can get rid of this habit.
Just remember when you are doing something no one is watching you or no one is thinking anything about you. Therefore, do it whatever you want to do. Usually people think if they do some one will mind or they might being watched.
The best and easy way is to write a memo what you want to do stand in front of a mirror and repeat that memo loudly. When you will learn to talk loudly in front of a mirror you will feel better. And when you think you can talk in front of people loudly with confidence try among close friends or family members then increase this circle. Just remember no one is watching you.
Write this on a paper "No one is watching me" then put near your bad and the places where you can see.
There is also one way using Subliminal message, there are so many computer programs which are costly. You can use them on your desktop. But if you want I have made same program for friends just send me your problem in details I will add and send you program for free if you like.
If you need more detail send me e-mail nihon94@yahoo.com and also give reference of your question which you have asked here.
