What do you do....?

I tend to do what merlin-steele said--just hang in there. I've been there, done that a lot in my life, too. It's a familiar place to be. So I try to find a friend to talk to--about anything BUT how I'm feeling--or if I can't I purge the feelings. Sometimes I write poetry. Sometimes I just write in a journal. A friend of mine says sometimes he goes somewhere where he can be alone (he has a favorite spot) and allows him to feel whatever he's feeling for a while. Then he goes home and keeps himself super busy to forget about it. It depends for me. Sometimes I need to wallow in it, but if I've been there too many times lately, I need to keep myself busy to forget. Exercise is really good...gets the endorphins running, pumps me up. If I do it regularly, after a while, the bad feelings comes less often. It's a small, silly little thing, but it makes me feel good about me. Do something that makes you feel about you. Even if maybe it's something like volunteering at a shelter, you know?
Good luck to you.

I usually feel sorry for myself, for awhile. Luckily I've been thru it so many times, there's a small part of me inside my head that tells me that the feeling will pass. So I just hang in there, and try to find the humor or friendliness in other people. At times it is so hard, but eventually something changes and I feel better later. Good luck, and hang in there.
nothing just try to solve that with my self and be serious
Me personally I go to church or pray. Just always always remember that whatever you are upset about probably isn't that major when you think of others circumstances. For example, children starving and diseased in Africa.....I hardly think getting dumped, or not finding a job compares to that. Someone would love to be in your shoes.
i visit this site
i go out with my boyfriend and friends to have a good night out together
or i take hikes and play all kinds of sports especially cycling and basketball
I was taught to trigger some endorphins by doing an activity which was uncharacteristic, or exciting, like :
1. riding down the road in a car, all windows down, singing as loudly as possible and waving to everyone stopped at lights
2. going outside in the backyard and pretending I was a frog (it's better if neighbours are watching)
3. playing skip at the shoreline if you are near a beach
4. running up your street squawking like a chicken....invite your neighbours to join you if they are aroused......you could be a dog, instead
It does not matter what you choose to do. Just choose something out of the normal. You need a stimulus and you are able to provide that. I do know what pain (emotional/physical) is. Good Luck !
Go buy a new lipstick. Sounds trivial, but it is a good pick me up, plus while I shop, I can mull things over.
I usually go shopping!! That almost always makes me feel better! ;0)
Seriously, I try talking to my family and friends. They can usually help talk me through whatever is bothering me. If you don't feel comfortable talking to them, maybe you should consider counseling.
