Both are very addicting substances and per the DEA are schedualed in the same classification, so there is no large difference in risk of dependence. From a pharmaceutical perspective, valium probly would be more addicting as it is more fat soluble and stays in your system longer

Valium is far more addictive.
I have been on Clonazepam for several years; I had a concern about this and discussed this with my pharmacist. He said that Clonazepam is less addictive . though in some people it still has that potential.
I take it as part of my regimen for migraine headaches.
