I am on effexorxr it helps for my anxiety so much but I was wondering if anybody had a problem with losing?

I was on Effexor for a year and a half and don't remember having that problem. It could be that your hair is falling out from the stress of your anxiety. Ask your dr. just to be sure.

I was on Effexor for about 9 months, but I never had a problem with losing hair. My main problems were missing a day (debilitating headaches) and when I made the choice to get off the meds. You should check their website to see if that's a common side-effect
I have never taken effexor but I had a friend on it and she had all her hair. It was the side effect of not taking it for just one day that scared me . . . .
No, never had that side effect, but it was absolutely horrible withdrawals after I quit it. Wean off of the drug very, very slowly if you ever get off of it.
I just started that kind 3 months ago but have not loss any hair. I know if I miss a day I get very mean and angry I dont like it. But if i were you I would call the dr and make sure could not be agreeing with you to well or the dose is not suiting you.
