How do I know if I'm bored or depressed w/o a shrink?
Question:
Answers:
Step away from the computer and go for a walk, drive, go out, see friends. It sounds like you are just kinda in a lazy spell.
Other Answers:
If you need a shrink to tell you anything about your life you have a deeper problem.
If you feel you have no strength to do anything, you're tired all the time, have trouble sleeping, and feel a profound sadness, you could very well be depressed.

It sounds like you're very unhappy. I am like that too when I feel I am out of resources. What you need are friends and family, as well as a balance of spending time alone.
Being tired and sleeping a lot is a sign of depression. That is usually the first thing that happens to me when I start to feel depressed. I have to find some way to fight it, just get out and do stuff. hi my name is frankki..yes im a girl. When i was 12 I started getting to where i didnt want to do any thing with the family, all i wanted to do was be lefted alone and sleep. I started having suicidle thoughts and even tryed to comit suicide when i was 13. My family got me help. I'm not sure you will be able to tell by your self. But i did learn in counsiling that over 85% of the WORLD has some kind of mental disability and 70% of that is depression. If you want to talk about it or try to tell me more my email adress is fpo4sho@yahoo.com Good Luck!
