I am a nurse as well and know that sometimes we don't see ourselves as patients. You need to tell her how much you love her and ask her to get some help. Not only is she risking her life by doing this, but she could lose her nursing license if someone else discovers this before she stops taking them. If her employer suspects she is doing this, he could demand a drug test and then she would be in a real jam. Tell her you want her to stop and why. Love goes a long way.

I had a mild heart flutter and it scared me enough to quit. Her being a nurse is aware of the problems with it. I doubt she will quit on her own. She needs intervention. Try telling her boss. She will be mad but she will get help.
Did the same thing, once upon a time. It tore me up so badly that I began to sweat out acid and almost needed skin grafts. She needs help. I would talk to her closest family member in confidence, present them with the proof (empty bottles, shaking hands?), and then try to work with them to put a stop to it. Not going to be easy, but worth it in the long run.
