hey, look at it this way. Life is difficult at times and we all stair down depression's long dark tunnel. Create a nice list of things that make you happy. When you are finished with your list, you focus on that first item and nothing else. YOU BUT YOU FIRST.....it may be hard but the results are glorious. Your not alone trust me.
