Best brand for St. John's Wort?

Question:

I will be trying St. John's Wort for the first time, and I wanted to know which brands are better quality and have worked well for people. It's confusing because there are so many brands out there! I've heard of Kira, Nature's Way, GNC, to name a few... Any input would be great! Thanks!

natures own st johns wort 2700 - one tab once a day, ive only tried this one and chose it because the other brands that were available at the time required me to take more than one tablet to get the equivalent of this one tablet, i would reccomend reading the ingredients on each packet, working out the price and what quantity is required, not all have the same strength
