The feeling (usually brief) that you have experienced soemthing before.
There are many theories - the most "scientifically plausible" being: your brain is on "go slow" and processes events more slowly - therefore resulting in the experience happening & then a split second later your brain saying it is happening.
Of course it could be linked to quantum physics, psychic ability, something supernatural - whatever takes your fancy - nothing has been proven or disproven yet!
