Why do the courts have more power than law enforcement in the country?
Question:
Answers:
They don't have more power, they have different power. It's the courts job to interpret the law, and the police have to enforce it. It seems to me that neither courts or law enforcement has more power since the politicians are str*pping both of them of their power.
Other Answers:
they have more experience in law
