How can I learn to just live in the moment?

Question:
I get super stressed about not having enough time to do stuff. I work 40 hours a week and am taking 2 college classes. I have weekends off, but I can never just live in the moment. I'm always pretty much counting down to when I have to work again (and when I don't have time to do anything anymore). During my time off, I don't have fun. I keep making lists of things that I "need" to do, such as tidying my closet or something. I'm always thinking ahead, but want to learn to just live in the moment and not be so stressed about losing time. What can I do?

Answers:
It sounds to me like you're left brained. These people follow their schedules, stay on task, and like sequential orders to follow. Well, I am not left brained, so this is what I do: Take some time to just relax, listen to some classical music. Another good thing is to just sit, sit and think about doing something you enjoy, not your job or schedule. Try drawing, and being creative. Do not worry about what will come, because what happens, happens. You can change what will happen, but there is no stopping what is planned for you. Let God take your burden, he already has a plan for you, if you're saved. Just know that you're doing your best, and that's all anyone could ask of you. Don't stress, just know that if you're doing your best, then there is no reason to worry about what will happen.
You sound like a busy person. Mix in a little alcohol and a little sex and you will be onto something!
