Have you tried self-talk and breathing techniques? I admit, I don't know how well they work, but supposedly they do. Is there a reason you are no longer on the meds? If you really need them, keep taking them. After all, you wouldn't be expected to suffer with a constant migraine -- why would you be expected to function with extreme anxiety?
As lame and cliche as this is about to sound, just breathe. Pray for strength and poise to get through this, you can. Just believe in yourself!
