Well I vote for valumes! Heck ya!
You don't need anti depressants if you are already low on enery and tired all the time. YOu need to see a dr. asap!
Medications r only there to guide u to what needs to be dealt with.whats the real problem?
I know how you feel I'm in the same rut. email me so we can talk more. Seriously!
get your blood checked and while your at it get checked for any previously unseen diseases. It isnt a depression problem any more if you've done all that already.
Maybe you have Chronic Fatigue Sydrome. You should go to the doctor and find out. The depression could be a symptom of the physical problem, not the problem itself.
maybe u should get therapy, have u try?
sounds like depression. Talk to a doctor, sweetheart.
You didn't say if you've had a physical lately, I'd recommend that as your first step. There are many physical ailments that can mimic and even cause depression. Most Dr.'s will bypass buprion as an anti-depressant, (used to stop smoking as Zyban) but it is more of an up than most anti-D's. Another option is an anti-D that is both a SSRI and attaches to pleasure centers, such as effexor. Best of all would be an exercise program, it's difficult when depressed to do this, but in terms of most improvement with least side effects, it's difficult to beat exercise. Good luck.
Check out www.hufa.org. It sounds like low blood sugar (hypoglycemia) to me, because it sounds like me in 1996. Do you also have muscle twitches, night sweats, or nightmares?

Have you tried a simple exercise such as walking? If you have a local park, go to the track and walk. This will help you get out of the house, be around people, and it's a good way to start building more energy. You shouldn't isolate yourself. Most of all, find someone to talk to. If you don't have the resources to seek professional help, try a pastor. If you happen to be a student, there are counseling resourses that are free at schools, check into it.
there are many deceases that can cause this a simple one is not getting a good night sleep or snoring and Having sleep apnea if you fall a sleep allot during the day or wile watching TV apnea can be the problem
