I have sleeping parasysis but thats like nothing I ever expirenced. I can't cope I dunno what to do I really don't feel good. When i woke up I saw a giant bug on the sealing and it disapeared. I think I'm losing it.

Answers:
from my experience with bad dreams it has been evident that what a person doesn't allow oneself to think about during the day plays out in ones mind at night.

my analysis of your nightmare:

the ventilating i have no analysis for. the the fact that being in the sun all day have made quite a number of people die for ventilating and being dehydrated. although i sincerely believe that you will not suffer such a gruesome fate. i would for all safe measure of course keep some from or hydrating liquid here the bed at all hours of the night. should you wake up and find yourself sweating beyond human control.

so maybe the things your dreaming about are things you try not to think about when the sun is up. like maybe you brother groping you represents the way some other person has tired to man handle you before and you're just put the thought in the back corner of your mind. and it's finally starting to unwantingly come back to your attention.

perhaps the big bug represents your stomach pain. and how it last so long (representing the size of the bug on the ceiling) and with soon go away (representing the bug disappearing).

Seek professional help. Seriously.

Smoke it up. Take an Advil. Can't hurt..

Ohhh-kayyy.

Good luck with that, then.

Try this.
1. Do not have heavy meals before you sleep
2. Take a hot bath before bed
3. No alcohol, no cigarettes
4. Lock your bedroom door so that your brother does not interrupt your sleep.
5. No horror movies or horror story books
6. Regular exercise

If the above does not work in 1 week, go see a doctor.

Good luck

Do you use? How old are you? And has this happend before? The reason I ask is.#1 If you're using any type of drug this could obviously be the result. If you're younger (late teens early twenties) common knowledge is.. that is the onset age of most psychological disorders. If this is not the first time and it's occurred before, I would seek professional help and not the Internet!
