I have no idea Dr. Lecter.
I would assume it's about the same as what a chicken is. The breasts and arms, etc. are white and the legs and things are dark.
just like a chicken. thighs legs dark breast are white... lmao. how in the world would anyone know unless they are a caniable.. maybe u should ask jeffrey dahmer
Arms and legs would probably be dark and the rest white. But since we're not poultry its probably more like Pork.
It depends on which brand of hot sauce you prefer with your human flesh.

ewwwww. why would you ask something like that? muscle would probably be dark - it was in gross anatomy. white meat? can't remember really seeing any white meat. fat is yellow!
Actually, I'd have to say that it would all be red, like beef. But then, I've never tried any human. it's called 'long pig' sometimes, so maybe it does have white/dark. In which case, like chicken. but pig is ALL white. great, now I'm gonna be up all night.
Believe it or not, I know the answer to this. I read once that those who are athletic and in great shape require more energy, ergo, more oxygen and more red cells to carry that oxygen, rendering their muscle tissue "dark meat." Those with more fat and less lean tissue would have light or white meat. This is why chicken breasts are white whereas legs and thighs are dark. Makes sense, too.
