What to "eat" to improve "brain power"?.now that indeed is a question of questions!! The human "brain" is made up almost entirely of glucose.but does that mean therefore that we should increase our sugar intake? Of course not. The "brain" is an actual organ of the body.and not to be confused with your "mind", which is spiritual (of the soul) and not of the body. There is (honestly) nothing that a person can "eat" to improve "brain-power". You need rather to concentrate on your mind rather than your brain. And the best and foremost way to improve the minds' compacity, is by excercising it. And the best way to excercise it is by "READING".reading many things covering thousands of variables and subject content. Every part of the human body needs to be excercised to stay healthy.and reading is the way you excercise your mind. If you hate to "read", then get over it, and begin reading anyway. Pick a subject that interests you, and begin there. Stay away from the trashy "love novels" which offer nothing in the way of learning. Try, as I did, teaching yourself another language, which I know can be done.because I taught myself Koine Greek.one of the most difficult languages in the world. Think of yourself as a winner rather a loser.there is NO FOOD that increases the power of the "brain". But it's your "mind" you need to focus on.not your "brain".
