i vent by going outside taking a deep breath and screaming, but that not a good idea unless you live way out in the country with no neighbors like i do. work out.
it just depends what you r mad at and y the best thing to do is isolate your self away from things that would make it worse and do not hit anything. also try talking it out if a person or just stay by your self and stay calm for a while. But always express your feelings if you want to scream grab a pillow and scream in to it.

Put your tennis shoes on and go for a run. Either run as long as you can at a steady pace or run as hard as you can until you can't run any longer. break something fragile, like an old cell phone, ohh yeaahhhh. yo this could actually be a business opportunity. people come and pay you a fee, and you give them something to break, and charge depending on what they wanna break, like $5 for a few plates, or like $500 for a laptop. f**k! that would be dope, ide go there all the time.

it would help to know y u r so mad, but take some deep breaths. give urself some pampering. have a a bubble bath. have some u time. think abt all the good things that have happened in ur life. help an elderly person cross the road or even just smile at them. hope this helps. if people answer ur question then u know people do care. have a great day hammer, nails, 2x4, ....and the person or thing you are mad at. the first 3 are for use any way you feel fit to use them.
