It sounds as though you have become hyper sexual, If your sexual activity has been less than normal, and you are watching video that is stimulating (pornography or not) It will tend to replace sexual stimulated release with relief from seeing arousing stimulus. You probably should seek advice from a licensed therapist before you encounter more severe problems than being sexually hyper sensitive. it would probably also help if you did not watch stuff that is sexually arousing to you, and do not allow your mind to wander into sexually intense fantasies either.
