How can one achieve a peaceful and dreamless sleep?


Question:
My girlfriend has a very active life and therefore a very active brain and her brain still works 'overtime' even when she sleeps and this is causing her to have dreams almost every single night. This comes from stress in life and pressure in life, work and relationship and is preventing her from gaining a good night's sleep. So being able to have a sound and undisturbed sleep and enabling to wake up feeling fresh and start to lead a healthier life that can lead to her dealing with pressures and stress better and so make her happier and lighter in life would benefit her so much.

Please help...!

yoga before bed... it helps still the mind as it releases tension in the body.... she might also try taking melatonin or valerian root before bed.

hate to say it, but sleeping pills will do that for you.

problem is, once you go down that route you can never really come back. if she takes pills to sleep she'll never be able to sleep without 'em. good luck
Rest in peace has deep meanings . If she only had one lover she might be so dull you would leave anyway. Enjoy what you have or lose it.
