i got the free answer for you! all you have to do is find some one that has a drink or some zanax or Valium but don't take to much or mix them or you'll pass out. when you get that for free anxieties seem to go away. but here is some drug free advice , calm down, and think before you talk ,it does the sole good.
There's a ton of free self-help on the internet, but you probably already know that. Something that worked for me in the past is propranolol. It might take one doctor appointment to get it, it doesn't cost a whole lot, and it doesn't make you feel like you've taken a nerve pill. Another thing that helps is to gradually expose yourself to situations that cause social anxiety. Hope this helps you. Goodluck!

Check out your local Hospital's Outpatient Mental Health Department. Most Hospitals here in Canada have this service which is free. I'm not sure about the United States.
