How much money would you save, if you just quit smoking?

Question:

Answers:
Depending how much you smoked, A LOT! Assume you smoke a pack a week. There's 52 weeks in a year, and at approximately $5 a pack, that's almost $300 on that alone. My boyfriend smokes a pack a day and complains about not haveing any money. I keep urging him to quit (even though I know it's really hard and I understand and all, I just still want him to since my dad died of lung cancer). He'd save almost $2000! That's enough for an exotic Carribean cruise every year!

Good luck quitting though! (Unless it was just a random question, in which case, just don't start lol).

I think in skool we learned that u can save up 2 $200,000 on cigies, but it depends on how much ya smoke, but try 2 quit, plz!

A person might not end up saving a whole lot if they spent the money on other things instead. Looking at the benefits of quitting smoking is one of the tools that help a person to overcome that habit, but if you think that you'll save a couple of hundred dollars a month and then find out that you spent the money on food or entertainment you might be setting yourself up for a relapse if you don't take things like that into account. if you smoke 1 pack a day 3.00 (or how ever much your cigerettes are) multiply 365. That is $1095. at that price a pack and a half a day would be $1642.50

There is this site quitnet.com i went there 3 years ago to quit it has a quit calendar for days hours minutes seconds quit it says how many cigs you NOT smoked and it says how much money Ive saved over three thousand dollars not smoking so if you are looking into quiting check this site out theres also a chatroom Good Luck

i would save $35.00 every 2 weeks
