Help me out - an I bipolar or just crazy?
Question:
So - am I bipolar or just crazy?
Answers:
As a certifiied health consultant, I assure you that if you go to 25 different doctors they will tell you 125 different things. Instead of thinking of yourself in diagnostical terms, maybe it would be better if you talked to someone who treats you as a whole person instead of someone who wants to split you up in a million different pieces, like a lot of doctors do. And the term "crazy" is played-out and unprofessional. If you do go to a doctor and you get a diagnosis of bi-polar or another related diagnosis, they probably won't tell you this, but what you need more than anything is genuine love. If you had genuine love in your life, you'd be surprised how good you'd feel. I warn you ahead of time though, that genuine love is hard to find, so in the meantime, if you feel like flipping out, more power to you. Maybe if more people did that, we would be forced to express true love to our human neighbors. Good luck to you!

Yes, you are bipolar.
Sound more like a case of being female to me. do u have a boyfriend u may just be lonely
A therapist would be best to answer that question. Sounds to me like you need a lift in your serotonin.
Check out the supplement 5-htp.
The manic side of bipolar disorder can get pretty messed up, based on the story you wrote i wouldn't say you have it.but then again i'm not a doctor... well..my dad has bipolar syndrome.n he too has mood swings..! but these alone cannot catergorize u as a bipolar. i think u shud consult a doctor..and soon. gud luck..i hope it's not as bad as bipolar..! take care!
There are a few things that come to mind. but may I highly suggest you seek an opinion from someone who is actually trained to provide one? Go see a doctor!
That sounds like bipolar but you had better go to a doctor to be sure
that doesn't mean your bipolar- just very moody. For an accurate diagnosis you really do have to see a psychologist. But what you have described, goes on to describe a lot of individuals. Im the same way sometimes, It doesnt mean you are bipolar you could be dealing with depression, maybe you should talk to your family doctor about this, the could probably prescribe you something that can level you out alittle.
Without knowing more about you, your diet, habits etc I'd guess you are not getting enough nutrient from your diet. Being moody at night may be due to fatigue, could also be a sign of Seasonal Affective Disorder. Talk to your doctor, he'll have a better idea..
Get to your doctor and get checked out, mood swings can be caused by all sorts of different things, from hormone imbalances to diabetes to depression. Make an appointment for a complete physical.
we are not doctors go find out for your self not trying to be mean i am bipolar and have all the same issues but you do need a doc and most likely pills. Hmmm, depends on what causes it.it could be environmental like what's going on around you or it could be a chemical imbalance in your body. I know that when I start getting like that I am much better if I take some natural serotonin supplements from a health food store. There are also some amino-acid supplements that are great for calming peoples moods. Check out your local health food store, they can help a lot.or go see a doctor if you're more into prescriptions. Don't be so quick to diagnose urself so severely.sometimes it it something very small that can be fixed by something equally small.
i do not believe you are bi polar. please see the DSM IV-TR for more information about bi polar disorder, because there are two types.. and possibly a therapist, psychologist, or psychiatrist for help in managing your modds and getting at the root of the problem . childhood "issues" etc.
I wouldn't say that you are bi polar for sure, especially from growing up with a mother that is. Yes, that is one of the symptoms: extreme mood swings. Another one of the main symptoms is compulsive and impulsive shopping for really no reason, even if you don't have the money. I haven't seen you in action but I would say that you are probably depressed and extremely irritable. Maybe you are unhappy with something in your life so you are always trying to start arguments to take the focus off of your shortcoming and place them on some other issue. Maybe you need to re-evaluate and see what it is in your life that is making you so angry. I don't think your in a position to be listening to other peoples problems at the moment, at least until you get your figured out. Good luck!
there is more to being bi polar than mood swings.there is the behavior's that are not at all like your normal behavior's ( like a completly faithful person could decide to just cheat and then does not know why) there is the spending spree's where you just have to spend money it makes you happy and you don't know why and you buy things that don't make any since, a perfectly calm quiet person can all of a sudden become psychotic.there are alot of factors when dealing with bi polar behavior.if you just have mood swings your lucky!
