No...but what I can tell you....tell people around you not to judge you the next few weeks. My transition period I became so enrages so easily. I'm all good not...but that 2nd and 3rd week was not fun.
I lost weight while taking wellbutrinXL. If you are gaining unwanted weight tell your doctor. Stress is why you are probally gaining. Exercise and drink alot of water.
It will just make you quit smoking. If you start eating like crazy because of that, well... it's not the medicine's fault. Actually, it willmake you lose some weight because you willfeel less hungry.
yes it does my bro is on it for ADHD and it cause him to gain a lot
this link will help you
Depends on your metabolism actually. Most anti-depressants do cause some weight gain. But you can balance it out with activity.
Wellbutrin is also used at different doses (and marketed under different names) to help you quit smoking and to help reduce your appetite.
As with all medications, you may experience side effects when you take WELLBUTRIN XL. Side effects may be more common shortly after you start treatment. The most common side effects with WELLBUTRIN XL are weight loss, loss of appetite, dry mouth, skin rash, sweating, ringing in the ears, shakiness, stomach pain, agitation, anxiety, dizziness, trouble sleeping, muscle pain, nausea, fast heartbeat, sore throat, and urinating more often.
Seizures may occur (studies showed an incidence of 1/1000 - 4/1000). The chances of having seizures increases with higher doses. Taking more than 450 mg/day increases the chance of serious side effects. If you have nausea, take WELLBUTRIN XL with food. If you have trouble sleeping, remember to take WELLBUTRIN XL in the morning. Do not change your dose or stop taking WELLBUTRIN XL without talking to your doctor.
Nobody is supposed to gain weight with amphebutamone, or bupropion (also known as wellbutrin),,,
Nope, the medicine may cause at first, some mouth dryness, tremor, and restlesness, at proper dose (150 mg per day).or insomia if you take it at mid day or afterwards.
If you feel you are gainig weight, then the effect must be produced by something else....are you in other tablets? (anti depressants, or contraceptives) if so, which re those?
are you taking antidepressants?
derivatives of imipramine or carmabazepine?
If you are Really ( and I mean really) gainig weight, you should see the doctor who prescribed You such stuff.
It is completely abnormal to find a response like that in anybody....
You should comment with him how well you are adhering to your calories table sheet, and wheter you are or not in oter medication

most likely you will lose weight. it's an antidepressant but it's different than SSRI's such as prozac, zoloft and paxil.
Different ppl respond differently to anti-depressants. One SSRI (Wellbutrin is in that class) may work for some while another works better for others. Some may experience side effects, others may not. Weight loss may be more common than weight gain, but weight gain can occur for some, too. Google your med and look for medical and university websites for more info.
I did not gain weight with wellbutrin, but i had bad side effects. I had dizziness, headaches, and sweats. I really did not have a good experience with it.
