lol - bless you! Try reading something else - Adrian Mole maybe??
read a diffrent book...watch porn...eat cereal get addicted to one of those and you'kl never think about harry again ...except maybe HAIRY
Normally I would be horrified at the idea of a book burning session, but in your case...
Anyway, at least you've identified and admitted the porblem, that's half the job done. You'll find it gets easier from now on.
Good luck.
hehe, I'm like that. I can turn a conversation about anything into harry potter! I have a friend who is just as addicted as I am and we can talk for hours about theorie about what will happen and stuff!
god u sound like me with my ex boyfriend. i must bore people to tears lol!
You need to realise that the books really aren't that good, try reading something else. You will soon drop the Rowling if you read something half decent.
Get one of those famous nimbus 2000 vibrating brooms... Seriously look them up on the net the orgonal reveiws due to some dippy moron not realising there may be a problem selling a toy broom that vibrated.
Play with that you will forget all about harry potter if mis teens or above
Start reading fantasy works written by other authors such as Pratchett, Moorcock, Roger Zelazny, L Sprague de Camp, Fritz Leiber, Anne McCaffrey, C S Lewis, Mercedes Lackey, Sheri S Tepper, Piers Anthony, Jack Vance, Roald Dahl, Philip K Pullman and Ursula K LeGuin, among many, many others.
You'll find that all of the inspirations J K Rowling, erm, borrowed for the Potter books were somehow originated among that lot.
do somthing that does not involve reading or underaged children
Methinks you need some alternative reading.

Wow, i was addicted to Daniel Radcliffe!
It lasted for 3 years!
Well, how did i stop? it was one of the most hardest things but i did it. I tried to think of other things...more important things and that kinda took my mind away. But then when i got bored, i used to think of him again...but then i started hanging around with my friends more...that helped...also, read other books that take your interest, that may help
stop reading them and find something else to do or read something else. ask yourself are you mad about harry potter cos it distracts you from real life
